STS AeroStaff Services Offers Extended Recruitment Hours

In an effort to better support West Coast clients and job seekers, STS AeroStaff Services is pleased to announce that it has extended its recruitment hours from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., EST.

The change went into effect on July 14th, and we kindly invite all interested parties to contact STS AeroStaff’s expert recruitment team any time between the hours of 9 a.m. through 9 p.m., Monday – Friday. Weekend hours of operation will remain the same.

In order to make this extended coverage possible, our team has added a second shift into the mix; a shift that will complement the existing 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. schedule.

What does the scheduling change really mean? 

If you’re looking to supplement your existing workforce, or perhaps you want to land an aviation career by utilizing the professional support offered by the expert team at STS AeroStaff Services, you can now do so without the worry of having to operate on an East-Coast-only time schedule.

Will the addition of a second shift lead to diminished service offerings?

Not at all. STS AeroStaff Services will continue to provide the award-winning support our clients and job seekers have come to expect. With the addition of a second shift, we simply aim to better serve customers and prospective hires living on the West Coast.

How many STS AeroStaff recruiters are on schedule during a shift?

STS AeroStaff will always have a minimum of 10 recruitment experts working throughout the day. The scheduling change mentioned above simply comes in the form of creating two shifts, with extended hours of operation being added to the second.

Will it be possible for me to get in touch with an STS Recruiter after 9 p.m. EST?

STS AeroStaff recruiting inquires submitted after 9 p.m. EST will be forwarded to individual voicemails that will then be answered the following morning. If your inquiry is email based, one of our recruitment specialist will do the best they can to get back to you ASAP.
